Kristjan Oja (born August 8, 1968 in Tallinn ) is a former Estonian biathlete .

Kristjan Oja was active for Dünamo Tallinn and was trained by Tõnu Pääsuke. He started the sport in 1979. During the separation of Estonia from the Soviet Union, he was promoted to the newly emerging national biathlon team. His first only major event were the Winter Olympics in Albertville , where he was 57th of the individual. After his career he started working for the Estonian Association. Since 2012 he has been technical delegate of the IBU and general secretary of the Estonian Association and since 2014 a member of the IBU Technical Committee.

In 2018 he was appointed race director of the IBU Cup .

Oja's daughter Regina is also a biathlete.
