The Krztynia is a small left tributary in the upper reaches of the Pilica in the Silesian Voivodeship in Poland . It belongs to the river system of the Vistula .

geography

The Krztynia rises near the village of Siamoszyce (Gmina Kroczyce ) around 10 kilometers northeast of the town of Zawiercie in the mesoregion of the Wyżyna Częstochowska , flows in a north-easterly direction until, after a run of 24.8 kilometers, it is largely parallel to Droga krajowa 78 , at Tęgobórz north of Szczekociny flows into the Pilica.
