, Kuwandiyan Manju Beye Dasangga Siyan ) is an autonomous county of the Manchu of the prefecture-level city of Dandong in northeast Chinese province of Liaoning . It has an area of ​​6,115 km² and has a population of 438,000 (2010).

According to recent archaeological findings, the Great Wall of the Ming Dynasty ( Ming changcheng ) began in the east of the Jiangyantai Fortress (江 沿 台 堡Jiangyantai bao ) at the southern foot of Hushan Mountain in Kuandian County and not as previously assumed at the Shanhai Pass .
