ᠰᡳᠶᠠᠨ, Sinbin Manju Beye Dasangga Siyan ) is an autonomous county of the Manchu of the prefecture-level city Fushun in northeast China province of Liaoning . It has an area of 4,287 km² and has a population of 305,000 (2010).
The Yongling Mausoleum (Yongling 永陵) and the ancient city of Hetu-ala ( Hetu Ala gucheng赫图阿拉 故城) have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 1988 and 2006, respectively .
