, Itu Manju Beye Dasangga Siyan ) is a northeastern Chinese autonomous county of the Manchus in the prefecture-level city Siping in the western part of the province of Jilin . It has an area of ​​2,523 km² and has around 460,000 inhabitants (2002). Its main town is the large community of Yitong (伊 通 镇). Its name comes from the Yitong He (伊 通河) river that flows through its area.
