ᠰᡳᠶᠠᠨ Fengning Manju Beye Dasangga Siyan ) is a Chinese autonomous county of the Manchu in the province of Hebei . It is located in the northwest of the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Chengde . Fengning has an area of ​​8,747 and 8,765 km² and has a population of around 380,000 (2004). Its main town is the large community of Dage (大 阁 镇).
