The Kuber Peak (English; Bulgarian връх Кубер wrach Kuber ) is a 770 m high mountain on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In the Delchev Ridge of the Tangra Mountains, it rises 0.86 km south of Ruse Peak , 3.1 km east of Helmet Peak and 1.8 km east of Plovdiv Peak .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named the mountain in 2005 after Kuber , a proto-Bulgarian Khan of the 7th century.
