Cultural center 2411
The Kulturzentrum 2411 is a cultural information and communication center for the Munich districts of Feldmoching-Hasenbergl (24) and Milbertshofen-Am Hart (11). The name is derived from the two numbers of the boroughs. It is located in the Hasenbergl district at Blodigstrasse 4 / corner of Dülferstrasse and next to the Hasenbergl underground station .

The cultural center 2411 was founded in December 2010 and opened in October 2012. The entire complex functions as a district center for approx. 80,000 citizens in the north of the city and at the same time includes an external office for the social citizens' house north and the conference location of the district committee 24 (Feldmoching-Hasenbergl). The center also houses a department of the Munich City Library , which offers over 40,000 media on two floors in its central library , the Munich Adult Education Center , as well as a 100 m² event hall and several group rooms. The cultural center 2411 is the venue for the Hasenbergl culture days .
In front of the building there is a bronze sculpture ( "horse, biting" or also called "bent horse" ) by the sculptor Alexander Fischer . At the square in front of the building there is free WiFi from Stadtwerke München .
architecture
The building complex has a total area of almost 8,000 m². The building is designed as a cubic structure with a white facade, with the library and the event hall being emphasized by large areas of glass. The architecture was designed by ATP Munich, and the client was DIBAG Industriebau .
