The Art Trail Hinsbeck is a sculpture trail in Hinsbeck , a district of Nettetal in the district of Viersen , North Rhine-Westphalia .

Emergence

In 1992, the VVVH ( Transport and Beautification Association) held the 1st International Sculpture Symposium in Nettetal-Hinsbeck, at which works were created in the Hinsbeck Ginke Pasture . Further sculpture symposia followed every five years , also in the Ginkesweide . As part of EUROGA2002plus , the eponymous Hinsbecker Kunstweg was created. An invitation to tender has been held since 2007, and one sculpture is selected from each of the artistic offers.

The figurative and abstract works of the Hinsbeck art path are exemplary for national and international contemporary developments in sculpture. Some works are works by local artists. Sponsors are the Kulturstiftung der Sparkasse Krefeld and Sparkasse Hinsbeck.
