Kuo Jung Tsai
Kuo Jung Tsai蔡國榮 (* 1951 in Shunde ) is a Chinese film critic and screenwriter who was nominated for an Oscar for his work on Tiger and Dragon .
He studied at the National Taiwan University of Arts and later became a journalist, including writing for the China Times . Since 1975 he worked as a film critic for various media and two years later he wrote a screenplay for a TV series. Currently (as of 2014) he teaches at his alma mater and at Shih Hsin University in Taipei .
