Kurt Bantle

Kurt Bantle (* 26. July 1933 in Rottweil ) is a German politician of the SPD .

Life and work

Kurt Bantle studied law in Munich and Tübingen and then joined the judicial service of the state of Baden-Württemberg . He worked as a judge at various courts in Baden, from 1967 to 1998 he was a notary in Bad Säckingen .

After only three months of retirement, Bantle joined a law firm in Weil am Rhein in 1998 . His focus is on real estate law, inheritance law and corporate law.

Bantle has been a member of the SPD since 1961 . After a phase of predominantly passive membership due to frequent changes of location, he increased his commitment at the end of the 1960s. For the state elections in 1972 he was elected to the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg for the first time , to which he belonged for 16 years until 1988. He represented the constituency of Waldshut with a second mandate and dealt primarily with questions of legal policy in the state parliament.

Others

Kurt Bantle is a Roman Catholic . Until 2012 he was chairman of the German sub-organization of the Una Voce movement , which advocates a general reintroduction of the mass in the Tridentine rite .
