Kurt Enderl
Kurt Enderl (born April 12, 1913 in České Budějovice , † March 25, 1985 in Vienna ) was an Austrian diplomat .
Life
Kurt Enderl joined the foreign service of the Republic of Austria as a provisional assistant in London in 1946. There he was third class legation secretary from 1946 to 1947. From 1947 to 1948 he was Vice Consul at the Consulate General in New York City. From 1948 to 1950 he was employed in the Federal Chancellery / Foreign Affairs. From 1955 to 1958 he was envoy to Tel Aviv . From 1958 to 1962 he headed the multilateral economic policy department. From 1962 to 1967 he was ambassador to Warsaw . From 1967 to 1972 he was ambassador to Budapest . From 1972 to 1974 he was chief of protocol in the Federal Ministry for Foreign Affairs. From October 14, 1970 to January 10, 1975 he was Ambassador to the Court of St James’s .
