The Kurtenwaldbach is an 11.5 km long river in North Rhine-Westphalia , which rises in the Rheinisch-Bergisches Kreis and seeps into a pond on the outskirts of the city of Cologne .

course

The river rises in Rösrather district Forsbach . It runs in a south-westerly direction on the border of the settlement development and the royal forest . In the further course it crosses under the Kölner Straße and crosses the Waldhausteich. Then it crosses under the federal highway 3 and flows through the Wahner Heide . After the Grengeler Mauspfad, it branches off to the south and finally reaches Gut Leidenhausen . There it seeps into a pond.
