Kuryliwka ( Ukrainian Курилівка ; Russian Куриловка Kurilowka , Polish Kuryłówka ) is a village in the northwest of the Ukrainian Vinnytsia Oblast with about 800 inhabitants (2001).
The first time in 1616 in writing mentioned village initially was called Chmilnyzki Chutory ( Хмільницькі Хутори ) and later in Iwaschkiwzi ( Івашківці renamed). In the 19th century, the village finally got its current name Kuryliwka or in Polish Kuryłówka . In the years 1842 to 1859, the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord , which still exists today, was built in the village in place of a wooden previous church .
Kuryliwka administratively belongs to the district community Poryk in the southeast of Rayon Khmilnyk and is located at an altitude of 257 m on the right bank of the South bugs , 3 km southwest of the community center Poryk ( Порик ), 13 km south-east of Rajonzentrum Khmilnyk and about 50 km northwest of the Oblastzentrum Winnyzja . The regional road P-31 runs 6 km west of the village .
