Kyōsuke Tagawa ( Japanese 田 川 亨 介 , Tagawa Kyōsuke ; born February 11, 1999 in Fukuoka Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

society

Kyōsuke Tagawa learned to play football in the youth team of Sagan Tosu . Here he signed his first professional contract in 2017. The club from Tosu , a town in Saga Prefecture on the island of Kyushu , played in the highest Japanese league, the J1 League . By the end of 2018 he had played 47 top division games for Tosu. In early 2019 he signed a contract with league rivals FC Tokyo . The first team also played in the first division, the U23 team played in the third division, the J3 League . In the U23 team, he played six games. In the first team he was on the field twelve times. In 2019 he was runner-up with the club.

National team

Kyōsuke Tagawa played six times in the U20 national team in 2017 . He also wore the U21 jersey six times in 2018. He was on the field three times in 2020 for the U23 . Since 2019 he has been playing for the senior national team of Japan . He made his international debut on December 10, 2019 at the East Asian Cup against China at the Busan Gudeok Stadium in Busan .
