Kyle Fisher (born June 19, 1994 in Easley , South Carolina ) is a retired American football player who was used as a defender .
Career
Kyle Fisher played for the Carolina Street Soccer Association's U-18 team, among others . During his undergraduate studies, Fisher played college soccer at Clemson University for over four years between 2012 and 2015 . He has received various awards for his achievements, including being named ACC Defensive Player of the Year . Parallel to his career with the Clemson Tigers , he was used for the U-23 teams of Orlando City (2013) and the Portland Timbers (2014) in the Premier Development League .
As part of the MLS SuperDraft 2016, Fisher was selected and signed by Montreal Impact . Montreal Impact loaned Fisher to cooperation partner FC Montréal , where he made his professional debut in the United Soccer League on March 25, 2016 in a game against Bethlehem Steel FC .
