The Kysylsu ( Russian Кызылсу́ ) is a right tributary of the Pandsch in Tajikistan .

The Kysylsu rises at the southern foothills of the Wachsch range . It flows mainly in a southerly direction and flows into the Pandsch after 230 km. The catchment area covers 8630 km². 58 km above the mouth, the mean discharge (MQ) is 75 m³ / s. In winter the river freezes. A major left tributary is the Jachsu . The water of the Kyzylsu is used for irrigation .

The river is not to be confused with the source river of the same name, the Wachsch .
