László Marosi

László Marosi [ ˈlaːsloː ˈmɒroʃi ] (born November 26, 1962 in Kisbér ) is a former Hungarian and German handball player.

László Marosi played from 1990 to 2000 with TBV Lemgo in the handball Bundesliga , previously with Bányász Tatabánya in the first Hungarian league.

His greatest successes were:

  • German champion 1997
  • European Cup Winners' Cup 1996
  • Cup winners 1995, 1997

László Marosi scored 1,213 goals in 260 Bundesliga games, 311 of which were seven meters . He played for Hungary 195 times . In 1996 he took German citizenship . He initially played on the left back , later (from 1996) increasingly on the left wing . His jersey number 6 will no longer be awarded at TBV Lemgo after his departure.

After his return to Hungary he played first with Dunaferr SE in Dunaújváros and then with Tatabánya KC in Tatabánya in northern Hungary . After completing his active career as a player, he is now active as a sports director for the Tatabánya KC.
