The LDS Conference Center (Engl. LDS Conference Center ) stands at Temple Square from Salt Lake City ( Utah ). It was erected by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints between July 24, 1997 (groundbreaking) and October 8, 2000 (consecration). Among other things, it serves as a meeting room for the six-monthly general conferences of the Church, which are also broadcast via television, radio and Internet streaming .

With 21,000 seats, it is one of the largest religiously used auditorium rooms within a building. Last but not least, the self-supporting balcony in the interior is impressive , the structural requirements of which could only be met with a special steel from Belgium . The organ of the conference center contains 7667 pipes . With 8 32 'registers, it is the second most 32' organ after the Boardwalk Hall organ , which has 9 32 'registers.

The entire complex is 139,350 m². 80,450 km of cables were laid in the building.
