LYVE1 (endothelial hyaluronic acid receptor 1 of the lymphatic vessels, English: lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronic acid receptor 1) is a protein found in mammals that is encoded on the gene of the same name on chromosome 11 ( locus 11p15.4). It is mainly by endothelial cells of lymphatic vessels expressed .

LYVE1 is involved in diseases such as capillary lymphangioma and complete androgen resistance. It is also important for the metabolism of glycosaminoglycans . An important paralogue gene is CD44 . The following transcription factors regulate LYVE1: GR, GR-alpha, Lmo2, Nkx2-5, MZF-1, c-Fos, HOXA5, AREB6, AP-1 and c-Jun.
