Pierre des Fées

The menhir La Pierre des Fées (also called La Pierre-aux-Fées - German  Feenstein ) stands on an old path through La Lande de Bellevue, southwest of Janzé in the south of the Ille-et-Vilaine department in Brittany in France .

The obliquely broken menhir made of purple slate is 4.4 m high, on the south side 2.10 m and on the north side 2.8 m wide and 1.36 m thick. Before 1922 there was a second menhir that was about 70 m away and was destroyed.

The menhir has been classified as a monument historique since 1963 .

To the east of Janzé is the Menhir de la Lande des Bouillons .
