La Trinidad is a municipality in the Philippines in the Benguet Province . La Trinidad is the seat of the provincial government of the Benguet province.

geography

La Trinidad is 3 km north of Baguio City and 256 km north of Manila . The municipality borders Tublay to the north, Baguio City to the south and Sablan and Tuba to the west . The land area is 82.74 km², which corresponds to 3.16% of the area of ​​the province of Benguet. The terrain is mountainous with many springs, rivers and streams. The bottom of the valley in La Trinidad is 1300 m above sea level. The altitude in the municipality ranges from 500 m above sea level to 1700 m above sea level.
