The Lac Patamisk is a lake in the administrative region Nord-du-Québec of the Canadian province of Quebec .
Lac Patamisk is located west of Lac Naococane , south of Lac Nichicun and north of Lac Wahemen in central Labrador . The lake is located in the area of the Canadian Shield at an altitude of 570 m .
The Lac Patamisk is divided by numerous islands and peninsulas. The lake area is 40 km². The lake is drained via the Ruisseau du Grand Portage to the Rivière Eastmain .
The name of the lake is derived from the Cree name for two-year-old beavers .
