The Lac Pusticamica is a lake in the regional county municipality Jamesie the administrative region Nord-du-Québec in the Canadian province of Quebec .
The lake is located 50 km northeast of Lebel-sur-Quévillon . It is drained by the Rivière O'Sullivan river north to Lac Waswanipi, 13 km away . The Lac Pusticamica has a length of 15 km and a maximum depth of 49 m. To the south of the lake, the surrounding area rises up to 470 m . That is 182 m above the water level of the lake.
The name of the lake is derived from the Algonquin word for "lake in a mountainous landscape".
