The Lac de Bonlieu is a lake in the French Jura , in the Jura department , around 25 km east-southeast of Lons-le-Saunier in Franche-Comté . It is located at 791 m above sea level. M. on the soil of the municipality of Bonlieu and occupies an area of ​​around 17 hectares. The lake is 725 m long and a maximum of 300 m wide. Its greatest depth is 13 m.

The Lac de Bonlieu is flanked in the south and east by wooded, partly rocky ridges of the High Jura ( Forêt de la Chaux du Dombief ), which up to 1000 m above sea level. M. increase.
