Lacey Turner
Lacey Amelia Turner (born March 28, 1988 in Hendon , London , England ) is a British theater , film and television actress .
Life
Lacey Turner is the oldest of three siblings. Her sister Daisy Turner is also an actress. Turner made her first acting experiences at the Sylvia Young Theater School . She attended this at the age of ten, but later switched to a girls' school in the same town. Outside of her school days she took courses in dance, singing and acting. Furthermore, she had appearances in some commercials. Turner got her first television role in 1999 at the age of eleven as Maddie Stevenson in The Worst Witch . From 2004 to 2010 she played Stacey Slater (later Branning) in the television series EastEnders . For this portrayal she received several awards and nominations. Lacey Turner left EastEnders in 2010 . Her next role was that of the ghost Lia in the television series Being Human . This was followed by other film and television productions. Turner returned to EastEnders in 2014.
