The Syrian U-20 national soccer team is a selection team of Syrian soccer players. It is subject to the Syrian Arab Football Association and represents it internationally at the U-20 level , for example in friendly matches against the teams of other national associations or at U-20 World Cups and U-19 Asian Cups .
At the 1991 World Cup , the team reached the quarter-finals, in 1995 they were eliminated, as in 1989 in the preliminary round. In 2005 she reached the round of 16.
She won the Asian Cup in 1994 , in 1988 she was second and in 1990 third.
