The 5th FIFA Junior World Cup (officially: III World Youth Championship for the FIFA / Coca-Cola Cup ) took place from August 24 to September 7, 1985 in the Soviet Union . World champions became the team from Brazil , which won 1-0 in the final against Spain after extra time.
The Brazilian Paulo Silas was voted the best player of the tournament, while the top scorer was the Spaniard Sebastián Losada with three goals.
