The eighth U-19 Asian Football Championship was held in Manila ( Philippines ) in 1966 . The tournament started on April 30th and ended on May 15th . Israel and Burma were both winners , as the final ended in a draw.

Result

In the new edition of the previous year's finals, Burma became Asian champions for the fourth time and Israel for the third time. A world championship has not yet been held.
