Laheda is a former rural community in the Estonian district of Põlva with an area of ​​91.5 km². It had 1,374 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2007). Laheda has been part of the Põlva municipality since 2017 .

In addition to the main town Tilsi , the municipality includes the villages of Himma , Joosu , Lahe , Mustajõe , Naruski , Pragi , Roosi , Suurküla , Vana-Koiola and Vardja .

The lake landscape of Laheda and the parks of Lahe (4 ha) and Tilsi (28.1 ha) are particularly impressive. The Põlgaste manor in the village of Lahe with its portico is well preserved .
