Laiyang

The city of Laiyang ( Chinese 莱阳 市 , Pinyin Láiyáng Shì ) is an independent city in the east Chinese province of Shandong and belongs to the administrative area of the independent city of Yantai . It has an area of 1,732 km² and has a population of around 890,000 (2001).
