Lajos Szűcs (born December 10, 1943 in Apatin , Yugoslavia (then under Hungarian occupation), † July 12, 2020 ) was a Hungarian football player . He was a member of his country's national team . At the Summer Olympics in Mexico in 1968 he and his team won the gold medal, and in 1972 in Munich the silver medal. After his sporting career he worked as an actor, among other things.
