Lalaloopsy is a puppet series by MGA Entertainment . In 2010 the first dolls came out, initially under the brand name Bitty Buttons . Later, the name was franchises in Lalaloopsy changed until 2013, some 80 different dolls came on the market. In 2012, several television films were made about the puppets, followed by an animated series in 2013 .

Characters

The following dolls appear in the television series:

  • Jewel Sparkles , she loves glitter and dance. She has a kitten by her side.
  • Crumbs Sugar Cookie , she is polite, bakes and loves to make others happy. Her animal helper is a mouse that she calls "Mausi" and that has to try her baked goods.
  • Mittens Fluff 'N' Stuff , who likes to ski and otherwise loves to play in the snow. There is a little polar bear by her side.
  • Suzette La Sweet: She is a noblewoman and Jewel worships her like a role model. She speaks with a French accent. She always carries her not so polite "poodle" with her.
  • Peanut Big Top: She's a circus performer and always in a good mood. She is very flexible and likes to fascinate her friends. But sometimes she also likes to play pranks on them. Your helper is Rüsselchen, a small elephant with a top hat.
  • Pillow Featherbed: Pillow is a little sleeping cap that is always out and about in pajamas. She doesn’t like anything better than sleep, but when it comes down to it, her friends can rely on her. Your pet is an equally sleepy sheep.
  • Holly Sleighbells . The helpful girl likes Christmas and loves sewing.
  • Dyna Might: A self-proclaimed superhero who doesn't have any superpowers, but has enormous self-confidence. Your hero companion is a raccoon.

Production and publication of the series

In March 2012, showed Nick Jr with Adventures in Lalaloopsy Land: The Search for Pillow for the first time a film based on the puppet series. More films followed and finally the production of an animated series. Lalaloopsy premiered in the United States on March 29, 2013 on Nickelodeon . The station also shows the series in Spanish and Portuguese. The broadcast of the 38 episodes so far has not yet been completed. Since September 2014, Lalaloopsy has been running every Monday through Thursday at 9:25 a.m. on Disney Junior and Nickelodeon.
