The Lambro is a river in southwest Italy. It mostly runs in the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park . The communities on the river have merged to form the Comunità Montana Zona del Lambro e del Mingardo .

geography

The source of the Lambro rises on Monte Scanno d'Aniello near Montano Antilia in the province of Salerno ( Campania ). In the further course it flows past Futani in a southerly direction. The further course is in a narrow valley until it flows into the Tyrrhenian Sea at Palinuro .

Hydrology

The water of the Lambro comes mainly from the spring and smaller inlets.
