The Landesberufsschule Feldbach (LBS Feldbach, LBSF) is the vocational school for commercial professions in the state of Styria, located in Feldbach in Eastern Styria .
It has an apprentice house ( boarding school ) for the time of graduation. Every year around 1,000 students complete the school, a total of around 40,000.
history
The state vocational school was founded in 1959.
The integration of disabled apprentices has been carried out since 1999, making it the first state vocational school in Austria to offer integrative vocational training prior to its official introduction . For example, 20 people took part in integrative vocational training in 2009/10.
In 2009, as part of the 50th anniversary, the top floor was converted and expanded for a good million euros.
Scope of services
The educational components offered in course blocks of the dual training for occupations such as a bank clerk , office clerk , real estate businessman , Legal Assistant , insurance broker , financial services Kaufmann .
In addition, preparatory courses for the professional maturity examination are offered.
For students living further away or with disabilities, there is the possibility of living in the apprentice house of the Chamber of Commerce , which is located on the LBS Feldbach area. About a quarter of all students take advantage of this offer.
