Landesgartenschau Nordhausen 2004
The Landesgartenschau Nordhausen 2004 was the 2nd State Horticultural Show in Thuringia . It took place in 2004 in the district town of Nordhausen in the district of the same name .
For the State Garden Show, extensive renovation work was carried out from autumn 2000, especially in the area of the Petersberg and the Frauenberg. The areas of Bahnhofstrasse and Rautenstrasse underwent extensive redesign. A total of 45 million euros was invested.
The state horticultural show had 401,666 visitors (April to October 2004).
