Werbenstrasse

The Advertise road ( L 42 , in Dornbirner urban area as Höchsterstraße referred to) is a national road in Austrian state Vorarlberg . It connects to a length of 5.4 km , the Lustenauer road (L 204) with the transmitter road (L 41) in the municipality of the city of Dornbirn . The stretch of road now known as Werbenstrasse was part of Landstrasse II. Order No. 141 from 1941. With the introduction of the new road law, Werbenstrasse became an independent state road no. 42.

Road layout

Werbenstraße branches off to the right of Lustenauer Straße in the Schoren district of Dornbirn at about 0.4 km . Within the Dornbirn settlement area, the street is run as Höchsterstraße and crosses under the Lindau – Bludenz railway line at the Dornbirn-Schoren stop . Up to the crossing of the Rheintal / Walgau Autobahn (A 14) at Werbenhof (whereby the freeway overpass is called building V 52 ) the course of the Werbenstrasse follows the course of the Dornbirner Ach on the left. After the motorway overpass, Werbenstraße then turns to the northwest and leads through the Ried to the intersection with Senderstraße (L 41) in the immediate vicinityTransmitter bridge .
