Sonnenberg District Court

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The district court Sonnenberg was a civil and criminal court (criminal court) of first instance in Vorarlberg in the county of Sonnenberg . Until 1806, the Sonnenberg court consisted of the communities of Klösterle with Stuben , Dalaas , Innerbraz , Brand , Bürs , Bürserberg , Nüziders , Nenzing and Frastanz . Under the Bavarian occupation, the Sonnenberg district court was formed in 1806 from the former courts of Sonnenberg, Damüls and Tannberg, as well as the dominions of Blumenegg and St. Gerold. The seat of the court was initially in Nüziders, but was moved to Bludenz as early as 1810 . During the Austrian reorganization of the courts in 1817, the regional court was retained in this form. It is the forerunner of today's District Court Bludenz .
