Tettnang District Court
The Tettnang Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1805 to 1810 and was based in Tettnang in what is now Lake Constance ( Baden-Württemberg ). In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .
history
Since Tettnang became part of the Kingdom of Bavaria in 1805, the regional court of Tettnang was established through the new administrative reorganization of Bavaria . This came to the newly founded Illerkreis with the capital Kempten .
After Tettnang became part of the Kingdom of Württemberg through the Paris Treaty in 1810 , the area of the Tettnang Regional Court was incorporated into the Tettnang Oberamt .
