Ulm District Court

The Ulm Regional Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eight regional courts in the district of the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court .

Judicial district

The Ulm Regional Court has its seat in Ulm and is responsible for the city of Ulm and the Alb-Donau and Göppingen districts and thus for approx. 566,000 people. The district courts of Ehingen , Geislingen , Göppingen and Ulm belong to the judicial district .

The Stuttgart Higher Regional Court is superordinate to the Ulm Regional Court.

Courthouse

The sandstone court building was built between 1894 and 1898 according to plans by the architects von Bok and von Sauter on part of the former city wall.
