District court Geislingen

The district court Geislingen / Steige is a court of ordinary jurisdiction . It is one of four local courts (AG) in the district of the Ulm Regional Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is the large district town of Geislingen an der Steige . The judicial district includes the cities and communities Bad Ditzenbach , Bad Überkingen , Böhmenkirch , Deggingen , Donzdorf , Drackenstein , Hohenstadt , Geislingen an der Steige, Gingen an der Fils , Gruibingen , Kuchen , Lauterstein , Mühlhausen , Süßen and Wiesensteig .

As a youth lay judge , bankruptcy and auction court , the district court of Göppingen is responsible for the district of the district court of Geislingen. The commercial register and the register of associations leading the District Court of Ulm . Dunning proceedings are handled by the Stuttgart District Court as the central dunning court .

The district court has been meeting in the Schulstrasse 17 building in Geislingen since 1880. The current courthouse was built around 1878.

Superior courts

The Ulm Regional Court is superordinate to the AG Geislingen . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Stuttgart .
