The District Court of Ehingen is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of four District Courts (AG) in the district of the District Court of Ulm . The district court is housed in the Ständehaus in Ehingen .

The seat of the court is Ehingen (Donau) in the Alb-Donau district . The judicial district extends to the cities and communities Allmendingen , Altheim , Ehingen (Danube), Emeringen , Emerkingen , Griesingen , Grundsheim , Hausen am Bussen , Lauterach , Munderkingen , Oberdischingen , Obermarchtal , Oberstadion , Öpfingen , Rechtenstein , Rottenacker , Schelklingen ,Untermarchtal , Unterstadion and Unterwachingen . Around 58,000 people live in it. The District Court of Ehingen, like every district court, has first instance jurisdiction for civil and criminal matters, as well as for all enforcement matters if the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district.
