Country house Paul Michael

The Landhaus Paul Michael is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon town of Radebeul , at Wasastraße 55. It is a single-storey, villa-like country house with a “picturesque, moving floor plan and high hipped roof ”. It was built in 1903/1904 by the "Gebrüder Ziller" construction company, together with a "Gartenlustgebäude".

The architect of the "Gebrüder Ziller" construction company, Max Steinmetz , designed a plastered single-family house for Paul Michael in 1903 on a high brick base, with sandstone structures, ornamental frameworks in the gables and the knee and with a tiled roof.

On the street side of the Grade II listed building is on the left side projection with a high triangular gable with decorative truss , in which a beam, the date "AD1903" is, however, putting into use permit is only in October 1904. In front of the buttress a polygonal booth bay with outlet on top, which is secured by a wooden lattice. To the right of the risalit is a closed half-timbered veranda .

In the right side view there is a risalit with a crippled hip .

The Landhaus is a strong variation of the nearby Landhaus at Wasastraße 64 that was built at the same time .
