description

The country house (right), 1903

The "[ä] extremely picturesque [and] lively [...]" villa-like country house is a single-storey residential building on a high basement floor and with a developed, irregular tiled roof.

In the street view of the listed building, there is a side elevation on the left with a high triangular gable with slate curtains , and below it a polygonal window bay . In front of the right edge of the building there is a two-storey, tower-like corner bay, which is polygonal on the ground floor and three-quarters round with slate hangings on the upper floor. On top is a copper-clad hood with a tip. In front of the central back is a massive veranda with an exit on top.

In the left side view there is a staircase risalit with the entrance with a canopy, erected in 1911. In the right side view there is a half-timbered gable under a crooked hip .

Through the use of different window shapes and different materials such as sandstone, rough plaster, ornamental framework and slate hangings, the building appears strongly moved.

The enclosure is a wooden fence between pillars with roofs.

The country house is a strong variation of the nearby country house Paul Michael, which was built at the same time .
