The building at Landsberger Straße 129 in the Schwanthalerhöhe district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1904. The tenement house on Landsberger Strasse is registered as a monument in the Bavarian List of Monuments .

The five-storey corner building facing Astallerstraße in neo -Renaissance style was built according to plans by the architect Ernst Dressler. The corner bay and the stucco decoration on the facade with sundial , coat of arms and Madonna are worth mentioning.
