The landscape protection area Bekow is located in the area of ​​the city of Hagenow in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .

The 640 hectare area, which was designated by ordinance of March 10, 1997, extends north of the core town of Hagenow. The state road L 04 runs along the western edge of the area and the B 321 runs along the eastern edge . The Schmaar , a right tributary of the Sude , flows through the area .
