Architecture and history

The two houses, each with two entrances, were built at the end of the 19th century as houses for workers from a Quedlinburg seed breeding company. They were built in massive brick construction. On the facade there are sparing decorations in the style of late classicism . In addition to brick ornamentation and trussing , the two entrance axes are emphasized in the form of a risalit . Above each a dwelling is arranged.

At the beginning of the 21st century, balconies were added to the south-west side of the building facing away from the street.
