Larissa Pawlowna Ryassina ( Russian Лариса Павловна Рясина , born in Schaidurowa ( Russian Шайдурова ); born May 29, 1987 in Lyswa ) is a Russian cross-country skier .

Career

Ryassina has mainly participated in the Eastern Europe Cup since 2007 . She has won one victory so far. Her best overall result to date was achieved in the 2016/17 season with seventh place in the overall ranking. He ran her first World Cup race in December 2007 in Rybinsk , which she finished in 34th place in the 15 km mass start race. At the Tour de Ski 2010/11 , which she finished in 32nd place, she got her first World Cup point with 30th place in the final stage. In February 2011 in Rybinsk she reached 12th place in the skiathlon, her best individual placement in the World Cup so far. At the Tour de Ski 2011/12 , she came 34th. In March 2012 she became the Russian skiathlon champion in Tyumen . She finished the Tour de Ski 2012/13 on 47th and the Tour de Ski 2013/14 on 34th place. In March 2017 she came second in the Demino Ski Marathon .
