Last Days of April is a Swedish indie band. This was founded in Stockholm in the summer of 1996 by the singer and guitarist Karl Larsson and the drummer Andreas Förnell. The band initially released a 7 ”single ( Henrik ) and a self-titled album on small Swedish record labels. They have been under contract with Bad Taste Records since 1998 and continuously release albums.
Last Days of April became known through tours with Sportfreunde Stiller and The Promise Ring, as well as appearances at festivals such as the Hurricane Festival in Germany, the Stockholm Water Festival and Hultsfredfestival in Sweden and the Livid Festival in Australia. Albums ( Angel Youth and Ascend To The Stars ) were also released in Japan, the USA and Australia .
