The Laubseelein or also called Labsee , is a small lake consisting of two parts in the Hagen Mountains and is located in the municipality of Schönau am Königssee , district of Forst Königssee.
The Laubseelein is around 1200 meters east of the Obersee and 550 meters west of the border with Austria at an altitude of 1787 meters, southeast below the 2073 meter high column (distance as the crow flies 275 meters). The Labsee basin is separated from the Landtalgraben by the Hanauerlaubwand . To the east, the fault of the Laubseeleingasse or Labseegasse opens into the central Hagen Mountains .
The small lake is accessible from Obersee or Gotzenalm via the dilapidated Landtalalm and the Luchspfad .
